Right up there with Alaskan King Crab as some of the sure-fire tastiest crab meat out there. Put one of these in your freezer, pull them out at any time, and use them as you need them.

These miniature crab cakes are bite size making them a perfect appetizer for a party or a nice snack before dinner.
