How it all Works
Catering service 7 days a week
Serving time takes approximately 1 hour. Keep in mind that we will be arriving up to 1 1/2 hours before serving time according to package chosen.
We provide everything needed to cook and serve

The Festivities & Finance
Book the event as soon as possible to secure your preferred date
a $500.00 deposit and signed contract is required to book.

Seven days prior to the event, you'll need to provide us with:

The guaranteed final head count, which can be added to last minute, but can not be less

Any Additional food items from The Salad, Side & Additions menu

The time you would like to be served.This should be as accurate as possible, as specific number of hours for service is included in prices quoted, and starts when we arrive on site

With the exception of our buffet tables, the price quoated does not include setting up of tables or the placing of linnens or chairs, unless specifically arranged for

Any service over alotted time will be billed at $35.00 per server per hour and $55.00 per chef
